In this class, we'll cultivate a mind-body connection by moving slowly with the breath. You'll find that these asanas cultivate strength, and transitioning between the poses maintains your body's flexibility. This class is suited for yogis of all levels and beginners. If you have blocks for props, feel free to incorporate them into your practice as much or as little as you'd like.
This is a class that involves holding poses statically and moving from one posture to the next. If you're ever uncomfortable, make modifications or adjust the posture.
